There are several ways of exercising for bodybuilding. Diet also plays an important role in developing the body and you must have a healthy diet.

If you are not careful you may end up with small leg muscles with a big chest or the opposite. Make a balanced routine so that your whole body is exercised and you develop a good body shape. Diet also plays a very essential role. Avoid having more sugar and fat and have more protein instead. It is good to have small meals five or six times in a day. This will help you get more energy for exercising.
